L\u2019installation de nombreuses pompes \u00e0 chaleur et climatiseurs a pouss\u00e9 les marques \u00e0 innover en cherchant des fluides plus \u00e9cologiques. Quels sont les diff\u00e9rents types de fluides frigorig\u00e8nes ? Voici une <strong>r\u00e9trospective des fluides<\/strong> ainsi que les avantages et inconv\u00e9nients des plus utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>4 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de fluides frigorig\u00e8nes<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Les fluides naturels (1850 \u2013 1930)<\/h3>\n<p>Avant la mise au point de compos\u00e9s synth\u00e9tiques, certains <strong>fluides naturels<\/strong> \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration des aliments ou des syst\u00e8mes industriels. Leur usage commence d\u00e8s 1850. Les compos\u00e9s naturels les plus utilis\u00e9s au XIXe sont le CO2, l\u2019ammoniac ou l\u2019oxyde de soufre. N\u00e9anmoins, ces compos\u00e9s naturels poss\u00e8dent de nombreux inconv\u00e9nients pour une faible efficacit\u00e9. Ils participent \u00e0 l\u2019effet de serre, sont toxiques et tr\u00e8s inflammables.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Les fluides halog\u00e9n\u00e9s (1930 \u2013 1989)<\/h3>\n<p>Ils repr\u00e9sentent la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fluides frigorig\u00e8nes. Ce sont des <strong>CFC<\/strong> (ChloroFluoroCarbures) et des <strong>HCFC<\/strong> (HydroChloroFluoroCarbures). Les plus utilis\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs et les premi\u00e8res climatisations sont le R12 et le R22. Ces fluides poss\u00e8dent les avantages suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-toxiques<\/li>\n<li>Ininflammables<\/li>\n<li>Manipulation sans danger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par contre, leur gros inconv\u00e9nient est qu\u2019ils s\u2019attaquent \u00e0 la couche d\u2019ozone. C\u2019est pourquoi, ils sont interdits \u00e0 partir de 1974 et finissent par dispara\u00eetre au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Les HFC (1975 \u2013 2020)<\/h3>\n<p>Les <strong>HFC<\/strong> sont des \u00e9galement des fluides halog\u00e9n\u00e9s. Ce sont des HydroFluoroCarbures. Le compos\u00e9 chlor\u00e9 de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente y a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9, car c\u2019est lui qui est responsable de l\u2019effet sur la couche d\u2019ozone de ces gaz frigorig\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<p>Trois des gaz les plus utilis\u00e9s dans les pompes \u00e0 chaleur font partie de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration : le R404a, le R134a et le R32. Ces compos\u00e9s sont ininflammables et ne sont pas toxiques. Cependant, ils participent \u00e0 l\u2019effet de serre et aux changements climatiques. L\u2019arr\u00eat progressif de leur usage est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 lors de l\u2019accord de Cagliari en 2016. \u00c0 partir de 2020, ils commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s dans les pompes \u00e0 chaleur, les r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs et les climatisations.<\/p>\n<p>Le R32 est le gaz HFC qui est encore le plus utilis\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui, car c\u2019est celui qui a le plus faible impact sur l\u2019environnement. Toutefois, son utilisation sera interdite dans l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 partir de 2030.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Les HFO (2020 &#8211; ?)<\/h3>\n<p>La quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de fluides frigorig\u00e8ne est compos\u00e9e des <strong>HFO<\/strong>. Ces HydroFluoro-Ol\u00e9fines sont des fluides synth\u00e9tiques qui ont un faible effet de serre. Ils se d\u00e9composent en moins de 12 jours dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re et ont un bas niveau de toxicit\u00e9. Ces fluides sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inflammables et d\u00e9gagent de l\u2019acide fluorhydrique en cas de combustion.<\/p>\n<p>Les HFO repr\u00e9sentent certainement l\u2019avenir des fluides frigorig\u00e8ne, mais il est encore trop t\u00f4t pour savoir si ce sont eux qui remplaceront totalement les HFC d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030 ou 2050. De c\u00e9l\u00e8bres fabricants de pompes \u00e0 chaleur comme Daikin, Atlantic, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.depanneo.com\/guide\/pompe-chaleur-bosch\/\">Bosch<\/a> ou Auer le pr\u00e9sente comme le fluide frigorig\u00e8ne le plus adapt\u00e9 du moment.<\/p>\n<p>Les avantages du R32 concernent surtout l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.depanneo.com\/guide\/pompe-chaleur-ecologique\/\">environnement<\/a>. Par rapport au gaz R410A, le R32 pr\u00e9sente les points forts suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un impact sur l\u2019environnement r\u00e9duit de 75 %.<\/li>\n<li>Une performance thermique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 6,5 %.<\/li>\n<li>Sa composition le rend plus facilement manipulable.<\/li>\n<li>Il est pur et facilement recyclable.<\/li>\n<li>Son impact sur la couche d\u2019ozone est compl\u00e8tement nul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Son seul inconv\u00e9nient par rapport aux autres HFC comme le R410A est qu\u2019il est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inflammable.
